If an item arrives damaged please contact me within 5 days. Photos of damage will be required and then a discussion will take place about refunds or replacements.
If a package is MARKED AS DELIVERED and is not received please contact your local post office to locate your package. I will do my best to resolve shipping problems that are within my responsibility to solve. Please reach out and contact me so we may try to work together on any shipping problems.
Every package will be insured and have tracking. Once your package is shipped it is the customer’s responsibility to track your package. A lot of post offices are not scanning their packages so some packages will either not move for days/weeks or will not show up on time. They are also known to travel around before reaching their destinations. I have no way to do anything in regards to movement. It is the customer’s responsibility to go to your local Post Office and find your package. AGAIN I have absolutely no control over packages once they are dropped off at the post office and scanned in. The USPS is dealing with delays all over the world.
If a package is returned to me due to an insufficient address I will refund the purchase price ONLY. I will NOT refund the shipping charges. I only ship to the EXACT ADDRESS given. You will be contacted to verify your address prior to shipping. I will not reship an order.
