All items are handcrafted in their entirety by Dina, owner of Designs by Dina Studio. Every attempt is made to create these items flawlessly. Slight imperfections are part of the beauty of handcrafted items. Color and textures may vary based on different screens or monitors.
Warranty
There is a 30-day warranty on faulty hardware only for repair. Shipping charges may apply. The warranty does not cover over-stuffing any bag, too much weight, or overstuffing that causes seam tears, vinyl tears, or zipper malfunction. Pictures of your hardware malfunction as well as all exterior and interior will be required.
Each item created is unique and uses a variety of materials from all different sources. DBDS strives to provide the highest quality creations using the highest quality materials. If you experience a failure of a bag or item, please contact DBDS ASAP if you have any problems with your purchases. If your item is within 1 year of purchase, we can evaluate any problems and try to work towards a solution if the item can be repaired. Again pictures will be required to evaluate the source of the failure.
